TERMS OF SERVICE & FEE STRUCTURE
♥We can order online from any UK shop that has a website as well as EBay & other auction sites. We may also be able to visit physical shops but this depends on how busy we are.
♥Fee structure for online orders is as follows: Item total + shipping + 15% shopping service fee + PP fees.
♥Fees for physical shop orders depends on how complex the order is. Contact us to discuss.
♥All payments are due in advance prior to purchasing.
♥Only insured shipping is available on items over the value of £39.
♥If we cannot get an items for any reason or the item becomes unavailable we will refund as soon as humanly possible.
♥An additional charge of £3 may be added to orders that require us to visit a physical shop. This charge is to cover a return bus fare for one person or parking costs.
♥Internal shipping fees may apply for online orders. This depends on the individual online shop shipping policies.
♥A surcharge on very heavy or bulky orders may be added if additional packaging is required such as parasols, heavy shoes etc...

NOTE: I always try to be as accurate as possible with descriptions etc… However sometimes things escape me. I am human after all & do sometimes miss things. I only sell from my own wardrobe so everything you see in decadentdolls has most likely already been used or at the very least tried on once/taken out of its packaging to look at. Please remember this. You are not buying brand new items; this is just like a garagesale & everything is sold as is! So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase let me know before you leave feedback & give me a chance to respond to your messages & address the problem. Keep in mind there are no refunds for items not fitting or manufacturing problems since I do not produce anything sold here. I am not psychic nor am I superglued 24/7 to my computer; try to wait at least a week or two for a response.
